  • 100% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. This rate does not accept any refund. In case of cancellation no refund will be made. If you modify your reservation, this deposit is not refundable.
  • Cancellation, Early departure and No Show of the reservation applies full penalty for stay
  • No refund applies to any circumstances

To confirm your reservation:

  • All direct reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. Payments not expedited immediately are subject to cancellation without further notice.

Our Cala Spa will require a prior reservation for any appointment, treatments are performed in private rooms which will be disinfected after each service.
