Cancellations

  • CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND POLICY
  • 100% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. This rate does not accept any refund. In case of cancellation no refund will be made. If you modify your reservation, this deposit is not refundable.
  • Cancellation, Early departure and No Show of the reservation applies full penalty for stay
  • No refund applies to any circumstances

To confirm your reservation:

  • All direct reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. Payments not expedited immediately are subject to cancellation without further notice.

Payment Policies:

  • Payment: All reservations, regardless of the season, require payment in full to be confirmed according to the Room Rate.
  • Guarantee: All reservations require a credit card to guarantee space.

Additional Considerations::

  • No-Show reservations, unused room nights, and/or early check-outs are not refundable, regardless of the season. Published Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All confirmed and fully paid reservations are exempt from any rate changes. Our restaurants will require daily reservations to ensure space at our facility. Our Cala Spa will require a prior reservation for any appointment, treatments are performed in private rooms which will be disinfected after each service. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via WhatsApp to + (506) 8337-7337 or via email to reservations@sicomono.com, all cancellations must be confirmed by the hotel.
